My name is Lina Vasquez, and helping people find a place to call home is more than my career — it’s something that truly inspires me.


Originally from Colombia, I came to the United States with the same dreams that many families share: to build a stable future, create opportunities, and establish roots in a community. That personal journey is one of the reasons I feel so connected to my clients, especially first-time buyers and families who are navigating the homebuying process for the first time.


As a bilingual real estate professional serving North and South Carolina, I’m passionate about making the buying and selling process clear, empowering, and as much as possible a stress-free. I believe real estate is not just about transactions — it’s about education, trust, and helping people make confident decisions that impact their future.


I take pride in guiding my clients step by step, explaining the process, answering questions, and making sure they always feel supported. Whether someone is buying their first home, upgrading to fit their growing family, or selling a property to start a new chapter, my goal is to provide honest advice, strong advocacy, and a smooth experience from beginning to end.


Outside of real estate, I enjoy educating my community through workshops, videos, and conversations that help people better understand the path to homeownership and building wealth through real estate. Seeing families achieve their goals and open the door to their new home is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
